How does the subscription program work?
With our subscription service you will save 50% off your first order and then 5% off every order thereafter. You can sign up for your order to arrive at the frequency that suits you and your dog. All subscriptions come with FREE shipping!
When will I be billed?
For subscription offers you will be billed 10 days before the product ships. You will also get an email notifying you with each purchase/shipment.
What payment types do you accept?
We accept all forms of major credit cards as well as Pay Pal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
How do I make changes to or cancel my subscription?
You can make changes (i.e. shipping address, frequency, payment information) to your subscription at anytime so, long as you are not trying to modify or cancel an order that has already been billed.
